We are Broadmoor Medical Lodge, a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility in Rockwall, TX. Under new leadership. Enjoy the support of an amazing new DON and strong ADONs. We have come a long way in achieving our vision of being a destination of choice for long-term care. Finding the right RN who is willing to assist with PRN Charge-Nurse opportunities.

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour. Additional certifications/education could qualify for a higher wage

Schedule: As needed—We are flexible on shifts and days

A Day in the Life of a Successful RN

• Help lead and provide cares for our dear residents
• Ensure treatments are provided and care given in accordance with our expectations and state/federal guidelines
• Lead by example—let your team members follow your example and be willing to hold team members to your high standards

Who You Are

• You care about serving your residents. We cannot teach that—either you have it or you do not. But, if you have that trait, then you can help us change the world one resident at a time!
• You are an RN with at least two years of LVN/RN experience
• You invite and encourage your team members to complete cares

Registered Nurse

• Must have a current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• IV Certification preferred
