- This is the dream position for the NP who loves geriatrics. You will practice autonomously to improve the health of an entire facility’s population and be an integrated cornerstone for the facility’s patients and staff. You will have the opportunity to lead programs to decrease falls, decrease hospitalizations, and improve quality of life.
