Job Summary:
The primary duties of our Benefits Administrator will be to manage day-to-day benefit programs for RTC. Additional duties will be related to compensation management and HR Business Partner relationships. This role oversees the needs of internal stakeholders and is financially driven to ensure we have the right balance of rewards, benefits, engagement, and costs. While delivering daily results, this role continuously challenges existing benefit offerings and other HR deliverables to recommend improvements. Must comply with all global, state, and federal employment and taxation regulations.
