At ADP, we always put our customers first and our approach to Gen-AI is no different. In this role, you will support engineers and ensure the reliability and scale of products used by ADP's Sales and Marketing teams.

No two days are the same. As part of a systems reliability team, you're the first one they call from an operations standpoint to understand why an app is down. You will also be working to scale our generative AI, machine learning and big data driven initiatives. Every day will require you to be agile, adaptable, and fluid.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in software or systems development with deep understanding of cloud-based infrastructure environments. You should feel confident writing code to automate performance testing and stress test parts of or the whole the system. You have deep knowledge of integrating with and using various monitoring, alerting and log aggregation tools such as Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus and Splunk. You understand how to scale cloud-based systems to meet low latency, high availability requirements. You have experience working with highly elastic, software systems, deployed over various IaaS providers like AWS, GCE, and/or Azure, or using on-premises solutions like OpenStack. You will have experience operating and scaling large data processing pipelines that utilize generative AI and machine learning technologies such as Databricks, AWS SageMaker, ML Ops, etc. You should also possess significant Cloud experience (AWS, EKS, RDS), Containerization (K8S), Orchestration (AWS CDK, Terraform, Ansible, Helm Charts), Load Balancing & Clustering, etc. Our best engineers excel at collaborating with Application Architects, Developers, and System Engineers. You'll be accountable for something significant: the uncompromising quality of products that impact people's lives.
