CoreWeave is searching for a Director, SEC Reporting. This role will a) build out the team necessary to prepare and b) direct the preparation and distribution of all periodic financial statements for external use, including but not limited to CoreWeave’s board of directors, lenders, and regulatory bodies such as the Securities & Exchange Commission.
Requirements:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $190,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Hybrid Workplace
Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our NJ Headquarters within their first several weeks of employment, with subsequent quarterly travel requirements of 1 week duration.
