As a part of the team, you'll play a critical role in driving system adoption and performance, contributing directly to the company's success. You will have the opportunity to:

Essential Functions

• Administer their Salesforce instance and security settings.
• Manage lifecycle and CRM applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Diagnose and resolve end-user issues.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and processes.
• Maintain data integrity and perform bulk data imports.
• Manage change management processes for vendor applications.
• Test new nCino releases and make basic configuration updates.
• Handle nCino Support Cases and collaborate with nCino Support Services.
• Reassign accounts and opportunities based on organizational changes.
• Monitor user adoption and develop training materials.
• Deliver training and recommend best practices.
• Collaborate with business units to map data fields and maintain middleware.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology field or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience

• 2 years in an enterprise IT or technical role.
• Moderate to advanced knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficient in data manipulation and data-related applications.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Ability to use independent judgment and collaborate with other departments.
