Ambassador Resources is Hiring a Manufacturing Quality Engineer Near Rutherford, NJ
Key Responsibilities:
- Disposition of customer returned product – Control of Non-conforming Product.
- Disposition of Internal and External Corrective Action Reponses (CAR)
- Analyze RMA data to identify trends and root causes of product failures.
- Communicate with customers regarding RMA status and resolutions.
- QMS internal audits
- Support the Quality Team with special process audits NADCAP (National Aerospace & Defense Contractor Accreditation Program)
- Collaboration with Engineering regarding customer complaints and product work instruction revisions Skills:
- Oversee the PPAP process to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 5 or more years’ experience in Quality Control / Quality Engineering
- Extensive familiarity of ISO 9001 / AS9100 Quality System Standards and QMS (Quality Management System)
- Preferred experience in development of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
