Our client is seeking to hire a full-time Human Resources Manager to join their team in Rutherford, NJ. This position is responsible for all HR functional areas such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll processes and talent management. This role will support their Rutherford Site along with two other sites in Maryland and North Carolina. (Limited travel) The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of HR managerial experience and MUST come from a industrial/manufacturing industry or environment.
