Front of House Manager

30 Burgers is a quick serve burger restaurant in Rutherford, NJ. We are looking for a dedicated, self-motivated, and organized Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to all guests, while maintaining high quality food service.

Job Requirements:
·Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to guests, while maintaining high quality food service
·Oversee all cashier supervisors
·Ensure compliance with all company safety and sanitation procedures and standards
·Work with the rest of the team to coordinate shifts, schedules, and other duties as needed
·Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in the front of house as well as customer dining area
·Work as a team member with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
·Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies of the health department
·Work on local marketing
·Training and hiring of all cashiers and supervisors and ensuing 30 Burgers Customer Service and Cleanliness Standards are met
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude toward their fellow team members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
