We're seeking someone who loves working with people, is optimistic, and has a natural ability to lead. You'll work closely with a cohesive team of Buyer Agents who share the same commitment to our team's standards and goals. Your sense of urgency is applauded, as long as it doesn't compromise the quality of your work.

You'll showcase your expertise as a high-achieving agent by putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. Your daily tasks will include prospecting, securing appointments, and developing efficient systems for the team's success.

Responsibilities

Key Activities:

• Attend training classes
• Utilize state-of-the-art tools and systems for daily lead generation
• Stay updated on market trends through daily research of new listings and price reductions
• Successfully manage and serve multiple new clients on a monthly basis
• Continuously practice and master sales scripts for effective communication
• Conduct informative and professional home-buying consultations with clients
• Attend client and team appreciation events as regularly scheduled
• Skillfully negotiate initial offers and handle any repairs that may arise
• Commit to ongoing training and educational opportunities for personal and professional growth
