As a Construction Project Manager for our client in Spartanburg, you would oversee the pre-construction, communication, execution and close-out process of projects. This is a direct hire opportunity with a full-time, onsite schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the scope of work in detail
- Handle site assessments and material procurement
- Coordinate personnel training
- Evaluate equipment needs
- Manage communication with the customer
- Oversee the construction process
- Monitor progress and resolve issues
- Confirm final project quantities
- Complete a job cost analysis
- Invoice the project on time
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective at managing schedules and deadlines
- Relational skills with customers and internal team members
- Flexibility to adjust plans in response to changing circumstances
