DescriptionRoseann Mabry from Robert Half is once again partnering with an organization to hire a Director of Human Resources on a permanent basis. The Director of Human Resources will manage a HR team of 4 direct reports over multiple facilities. Essential functions of the role will include training and development of department staff, updating job descriptions, planning hiring strategies, handling salary reviews, and assist supervisors with performance management of their staff.
