About the Role: An exciting opportunity awaits a dynamic and experienced Corporate Development Manager. The role is pivotal in contributing to the group's growth strategies through the identification and execution of corporate development and capital transaction opportunities. This role is being hired due to significant growth in the platform.

As Corporate Development Manager you will:

• Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the transactions, including investment memoranda, management presentations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed financial models for internal and external purposes
• Work closely with major stakeholders and external advisors on corporate transactions which will include undertaking feasibility studies, due diligence, financial modelling, deal structuring and negotiations as well as managing transaction documentation.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on the financial outcomes of strategic initiatives, including variances and trends.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate risks associated with potential strategies and M&A activities and advise on risk mitigation measures.
• Design, develop and maintain the Group M&A framework, modelling templates and investment review metrics to assist senior management in decision making.
• Collaborate with Divisional Leads and the respective financial teams to develop and maintain annual budgets and monthly reforecasts

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance/Commerce or a related field (minimum degree level).
• 3-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development/M&A.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and strategic analysis.
• The candidate should have had exposure to infrastructure, renewables, energy, waste, real estate or asset heavy sectors.
