Job Title: Learning Specialist II

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training objectives and programs.
  • Assess employee development needs and provide resources.
  • Create training programs for retail and product services.
  • Design effective training materials using various media.
  • Ensure learned skills are applied through post-training activities.
  • Document internal processes for training materials.
  • Update training manuals and guides.
  • Train and coach managers and supervisors.
  • Maintain and evaluate training records.
  • Develop best practices for in-person, virtual, and on-demand training.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Collaborate with management and HR on learning programs.
  • Monitor and report on training programs.
  • Stay updated on learning trends.
  • Customize content for different learner groups.
  • Adapt facilitation style for diverse learners.
  • Use technology to enhance learning experiences.
  • Integrate digital resources into training.
  • Administer assessments and provide feedback.
  • Develop tools to improve programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • 3 years facilitating learning sessions, content curation, curriculum development, and consulting.
  • Instructional Design/Facilitation Training experience required.
  • Templates ELT experience preferred.
  • E-Learning development experience preferred.
  • Proficient in developing courses using Articulate RISE and Storyline.

Desired Qualifications:

Nice to have experience in Mortgage / Banking domain.

Location: This is 100% Onsite Role (Sacramento, CA)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $50000 – $60000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
