Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for assisting customers and providing exceptional service. Fluency in is preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with upselling techniques and sales strategies
