As Residential Construction Project Manager with SERVPRO(https://www.servpro.com/locations/mo/servpro-of-st-charles-city-st-peters-dardenne-prairie-weldon-springs/about) at their St. Charles City area location, you will purchase & manage all labor & materials to complete construction projects within set timeline, scope of work & budget, all while maintaining quality standards & high customer satisfaction.

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Responsible for customer service/customer experience

  • Compile/resolve punch list items

  • Manage warranty activities

  • Evaluate/sell projects

  • Create and Review estimates

  • Identify/document project scope of work

  • Educate customers on construction process

  • Obtain customer/client agreement on scope/estimate

  • Review budgets

  • Ensure proper permits acquired

  • Create project schedule/timeline

  • Identify/qualify subcontractors/resource providers

  • Negotiate terms/set expectations

  • Plan, organize, manage crews/subcontractors

  • Schedule all subcontractors/material suppliers

  • Ensure work performed complies with plans, specifications, codes, requirements of scope of work

  • Perform final walk-through with customer

  • Secure a signed Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma/GED & construction management experience, PLUS:

  • Ability to meet production goals/profitability

  • Work under extreme conditions such as heat; walk/stand for long periods of time (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing); climb ladders/work at ceiling heights; loud noise levels at job sites

  • Ability to complete a background check
