Full Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Divine Surface. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project tasks, managing logistics, conducting inspections, ensuring timely project completion, and driving sales. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, tracking progress, maintaining project documentation, and contributing to sales efforts.

Established in 2004 as hardwood installers, we have expanded our expertise over the years to include stone fabrication, tile installation, carpet, and vinyl, evolving into a comprehensive flooring solutions provider. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate logistics and resources to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to organize and manage project activities.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Drive sales efforts, including identifying potential clients, presenting proposals, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Experience in project management, expediting, and logistics management.
  • Ability to conduct inspections and ensure quality control.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
