KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Program Manager, Senior to join our team. This position will require onsite work in St. Inigoes, MD.

This position will act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort. They will serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government contracts and technical representatives on technical, schedule, and cost aspects for all projects on the Task Order (TO). This position will oversee Contractor execution of the TO requirements and manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
Primary Duties:

• Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
• Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government contracts and technical representatives on technical, schedule, and cost aspects for all projects on the TO.
• Oversee Contractor execution of the TO requirements and manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources

• Ability to oversee the efforts of a less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job
• Ability to act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort

• Microsoft office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Education and Experience:

• Masters degree in a Business or Technical discipline, required
• Ten (10) years minimum of experience, and at least two of those years of experience must have been as a Program Manager in a NAVAIR or subordinate command.

Clearance:This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
