LHH Recruitment Solutions is Hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst Near Saint Paul, MN

Title: Compensation Analyst
Location: New Brighton, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday; HYRBID option
Reports to: Director of Compensation
Reason for Opening: Growth
 
Compensation: $52.00 to $67.00 per/hour (very flexible upon experience)

Summary of role:
  • Collaborate with leadership on job architecture, organizational design, and job evaluations.
  • Guide partners through key annual processes, including annual incentive payouts and merit processes.
  • Lead market competitiveness reviews and the global salary structure review process.
  • Collaborate with legal on FLSA and other regulatory analyses.
  • Develop compensation reporting and dashboard analysis to support data-driven decision making.
  • Create compensation communication materials to meet business needs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for People Partners on compensation-related inquiries.
  • Stay informed about external marketplace trends and provide this expertise to the business.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the competitiveness of programs through networking with external compensation professionals.
 
Qualifications:
  • 1-5 years compensation or HR experience preferred
  • Experience with major aspects of compensation delivery,
  • Demonstrated knowledge of market pricing methodologies
Pay Details: $52.00 to $67.00 per hour
