Minnesota Therapy Center Inc. is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Saint Paul, MN

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide behavioral services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior plans, conducting assessments, and providing consultation to families and staff. The BCBA will also be responsible for conducting data analysis and providing feedback on progress. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, as well as a passion for helping others reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state specific requirements
  • At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings
  • Master’s degree in Special Education or related human services field;

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments.
  • Develop and implement positive behavior support plans.
  • Train and supervise staff in behavior management techniques.
  • Monitor and document progress of clients.
  • Provide consultation to families, schools, and other agencies.
  • Conduct research on best practices in behavior analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
