Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Estimator. The Project Estimator will be responsible for developing and implementing cost estimation, cost tracking, ensuring that project budgets are accurate and deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in cost management, construction estimating, and project estimation
- Excellent communication skills with project managers, designers, vendors, and clients
- Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice reconciliation
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Procore, and Bluebeam
- Experience in healthcare related construction a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
