Responsible for health planning functions such as annual work statements, needs assessment, priority determinations, program planning & evaluation, grant writing, data tracking & analysis, and public communications. Coordinates the integration of unit/program/discipline plans, and identifies needs for development of a comprehensive long-range plan for the Department. Prepares overall analysis of Departmental activity as required. Assists staff in coordinating and developing program activity and public information.
Job qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Health with emphasis in community or health services planning, plus at least two years’ experience. Must be computer literate and have knowledge of desktop publishing. Must possess good communication skills, both oral and written. A combination of education plus experience equal to above will be considered.
