RN – (PRN and Full Time shifts available)
**$2,000 SIGNING BONUS for Full Time (30 hours or more)**
Homecare with Heart is offering you the most competitive pay scale in the area. We're looking for compassionate and experienced nurses to provide care for our clients in their homes. As a Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality, expert care of your assigned homecare patients. Starting rate for RN: $30-$31 per hour depending on experience and case type.
This position will be serving Columbiana County
What You’ll Do:
∙Administer medication in accordance with standards of practice.
∙ Encourage social\rehabilitative skills and encourage self-care and independence.
∙ Perform client treatments in accordance with Plan of Care
∙ Assist the consumer in learning appropriate self-care techniques.
∙ Prepare clinical and progress notes to document care provided.
∙ Monitor, document accordingly and report any change in client condition to Clinical Director/Clinical Supervisor
∙ Promote activities to achieve a safe and healthy environment.
∙ Observe aseptic technique when performing client procedures/care.
∙ Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to develop and improve the Plan of Care
∙ Assist the client in achieving established goals in the Plan of Care developed by the RN.
∙ Maintain productivity according to the standards of the agency.
∙ Maintain license, CEUs and mandatory employment requirements.
∙ Participate in client care meetings, in-services, orientation and staff meetings.
∙ Provide service in accordance with agency’s philosophy, standards, policies and scope of practice ∙ Participates in Performance Improvement and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
∙ Other duties as assigned.
