This is a dual-role professional responsible for both driving sales and managing service-related customer interactions. In the sales capacity, you must identify and pursue sales opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients, and provide detailed product information and demonstrations to facilitate purchasing decisions. Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. In the service writer capacity, you must act as a liaison between customers and the service department, documenting service requests, preparing estimates, and scheduling appointments. Communicate with customers to understand their service needs, provide updates on the status of their service, and ensure all work is completed to the customer's satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
