OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at our facility located in Saline, MI, 48176. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse and assist with various tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to move materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks with products and materials
- Perform routine maintenance on forklift as needed
- Assist with inventory management and organization
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Regular & prompt attendance at work.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with clients & coworkers in a respectful and professional manner.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime as required (Coming in early, staying late, working weekends, etc.).
