- A degreed accountant (CPA or CMA preferred) with 15 years of experience, ideally in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing teams and projects.
- Proficiency in financial software and strong analytical abilities.
- A passion for accuracy and a commitment to following policies.
- Partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support plant operations.
- Oversee financial internal controls and ensure accurate financial data.
- Lead the month-end closing and financial reporting process.
- Collaborate with operations personnel on cost calculations and inventory management.
- Be a member of the plant management team.
