As the Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll be instrumental in fostering client partnerships, delivering premium solutions, and driving the business forward through growth initiatives.

The Personal Lines Account Manager Will:
- Assist clients in the claims process and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and claims support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products to existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
- Effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Conduct periodic client reviews to assess their evolving needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Frequently arrange and attend meetings with clients and insurance carrier representatives, often accompanied by a supervisor but sole attendance is also required at times.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Minimum of 5 years of Insurance experience
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Personal Lines experience preferred.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed
- Must be located in PST, MDT or CST timezone
- California Fire & Casualty License
- Experience using AMS360, Epic or similar system
