Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Entry-Level Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. This position includes door-to-door sales directly engaging with potential clients in their homes or businesses to generate leads and drive sales of our automotive styling products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales and utilize social media platforms to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate Phantom Auto Styling’s products and services to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach campaigns.
- Attend training sessions to stay informed about products, services, and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
- Provide feedback to the team on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- No prior sales experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection.
- Basic understanding of automotive customization is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Interest in automotive customization and styling.
Expected Hours:
- Full-time position
- Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to meet with clients or attend industry events
