We are looking for a Software Engineer in Test who can participate in creating innovative automated solutions to measure the quality of our software. You will be a member of the O.C. Tanner Software Engineering team responsible for improving the quality of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Continually improve the quality of O.C. Tanner software products through the execution of test strategies
• Interact regularly with direct leadership, development, and product management to solve challenging problems
• Establish a functional understanding of our products from both a developer's and a user's perspective
• Use, maintain and contribute to the development of test tools, mocks and automated frameworks
• Identify, reproduce and report actual or potential product defects
• Diagnose root causes of software defects and recommend required action
• Assist product development engineers in creating and maintaining a CI/CD pipeline
• Work with assigned product team(s) to ensure minimal duplication and maximum visibility
