Responsibilities

What you will do...

• Perform appropriate System Engineering (SE) technical and technical management processes in support of acquisition and sustainment processes
• Create unified user experiences throughout a given application
• Develop and orchestrate usability studies and address issues discovered
• Provide technical direction for development, engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of complex hardware/software systems, including requirements elicitation and analysis and functional allocation
• Conduct system requirements reviews
• Develop concepts of operation and interface standards
• Develop system architectures
• Perform technical and nontechnical assessment and management
• Perform end-to-end flow analysis
• Generate and review designs for technical accuracy, completeness and appropriateness

Required

• Senior and Journeyman positions will have SE experience and/or certification
• Senior will have senior level SE services and technical leadership of engineering team
• BS Degree in any engineering discipline with 10 years of related engineering experience, or MS degree in any engineering discipline with 7 years of related engineering experience, or PHD in any engineering discipline with 4 years of related engineering experience
• Journeyman will have working level SE services
• BS Degree in any engineering discipline with 6 years of related engineering experience, or MS Degree in any engineering discipline with 4 years of related engineering experience, or PHD in any engineering discipline with 2 years of related engineering experience
• Junior will have entry-level SE services
• BS Degree in any engineering discipline
• Must POSSESS and be able to maintain a SECRET clearance, with exception being entry level Junior where we can be more flexible

Preferred

• Senior has 3 years of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership and a professional engineering license
• Journeyman has a professional engineering license
• Junior be entry level out of college
