Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel to customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for sales.

Duties:

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products

- Sell hotel rooms to customers by effectively communicating the value proposition

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns

- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and product information

- Assist management in servicing groups booked

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably hotel experience

- Fluent in English and familiar with Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
