Job Description:

• Ensures flawless execution in planning university recruiting events based on tiering structure; such as career fairs, on-campus informational sessions, conferences, and other recruiting events; by completing registrations, shipping and managing necessary materials and equipment and partnering with vendors.
• Posts job positions with university career centers based on tiering structure and conferences.
• Partners with campus career centers to schedule on-campus interviews.
• Coordinates pre-employment recruiting activities for hiring, including coordination of interviews, travel preferences and relocation needs, with appropriate participants.
• Ensures all preemployment forms are discussed, completed, and forwarded to appropriate areas.
• Assists with post-offer candidate management to facilitate timely completion of drug screens and background checks.
• Processes new hire paperwork and onboarding materials and activities.
• Supports event planning for internal events to include on-site interviews and open house events with students, interns, and universities.
