Details:
- Location: San Antonio, TX
- Job Description : Defense Litigation Paralegal working for 2-3 Associate Attorneys
- Skillset: 3 years’ experience in Defense Litigation preferred, but open to Plaintiff Litigation experience
- Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000
- Work Environment: On-site for the first 6 weeks, then Hybrid (with some fully remote paralegals)
Benefits:
- Firm-paid medical insurance (effective 1st day after the 1st month of employment)

- 401(k) with firm 3% match after 6 months of employment
- PTO: Accrue 3.2 hours every pay period (bi-weekly), equaling almost 2 weeks per year

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to 2-3 Associate Attorneys
- Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence
- Utilize legal software and MS Office efficiently
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paralegal, particularly in Defense Litigation
- Proficiency in legal software and MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- First Step: Zoom interview with the HR Director
- Second Step : Zoom or onsite interview with Associate Attorneys (candidate’s preference)
