With over $500 million in annual revenue, we're building a strong future and seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ADP Payroll Specialist to join our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 500 employees in the construction industry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records in ADP, including deductions, benefits, and year-end processing.
- Manage prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements specific to the construction industry.
- Interface with field crews and supervisors to collect timecards and address any discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit all required federal, state, and local payroll tax filings.
- Generate reports and analyze payroll data to identify trends and ensure compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to payroll regulations and tax laws impacting the construction industry.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all employees regarding payroll inquiries.
- Minimum 5 years of experience processing payroll, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven expertise in using ADP Payroll software.
- Strong understanding of prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements in California.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
