Birdsong, Michelin star restaurant is looking for a Guest Relations / Private Dining Manager. This is an unique opportunity to learn the operations and business aspects of the restaurant industry.

Main responsibilities include management of all reservations for the restaurant, guest relations, communication with chefs for menu organization for each dinner service, managing private dining booking, and general restaurant maintenance.

This position provides an opportunity to understand back office operations of a fine dining restaurant, allowing for career growth in other departments of the restaurant.

Ideal candidate must have

• organization skills, can handle many moving parts and projects at once
• excellent attention to detail
• ability to work in a fast pace environment with many responsibilities
• strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills
• hospitality and food / beverage experience
• understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and restaurant POS systems
