The Human Resources Generalist reports to the Director of Human Resources and assists with recruitment efforts, onboarding, payroll and benefits, performance review process, employee engagement, and wellness. The HR Generalist will be extremely detail-oriented, organized, critical about accuracy, and possess the ability to prioritize and follow up. This is a very fast-paced environment. The role requires a self-starter who is willing and open to learning new skills as well as taking initiative and being proactive.
