Pathways Personnel is Hiring a Human Resources Generalist Near San Francisco, CA
Our client is a fast growing, mid-size Law Firm. The Human Resources Generalist reports to the Director of Human Resources and assists with recruitment efforts, onboarding, payroll and benefits, performance review process, employee engagement, and wellness. The HR Generalist will be extremely detail-oriented, organized, critical about accuracy, and possess the ability to prioritize and follow up. This is a very fast-paced environment. The role requires a self-starter who is willing and open to learning new skills as well as taking initiative and being proactive.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Assist the Director of Human Resources with the annual performance review process
- Assist with employee engagement, including wellness programs, volunteerism and event planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3 years' of progressively responsible experience working in Human Resources, preferably in a small to mid-size law firm
- CLM and/or Human Resources professional certification preferred
