We have positions that are 1-5 years, 5-10 years, and 10 years. Preferably candidates with an EIT or PE.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Leading the management of both public and private land development projects, encompassing project scheduling, budgeting, client communication, and overall project design.

Providing mentorship and guidance to staff members, overseeing their design work.

Engaging in client outreach efforts to secure new projects and maintain relationships with existing clients, which involves writing proposals and participating in interviews.

Effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the process.

Upholding quality control measures and ensuring project compliance within defined scopes.

Demonstrating expertise in designing and calculating drainage facilities, grading, street improvements, as well as water, sewer, and storm drain systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Possession of a minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Active California Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Proficiency in Civil 3D software.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience in an architectural, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, or planning firm.
