Snippetsentry is Hiring a Director of Product Management Near San Ramon, CA
- Lead our product management function in defining our mobile communications capture solutions' vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive product development and delivery
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats in the mobile communication capture space
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and gather feedback to inform product decisions
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demands, customer feedback, and business priorities
- Develop business cases and product plans to support investment decisions and resource allocation
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date on relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to compliance archiving
- Analyze market trends and assess competitor activity
- Serve as a product evangelist, representing SnippetSentry at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase our service and gather feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, focusing on compliance archiving or related areas
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to compliance archiving, such as SEC Rule 17a-4, FINRA, GDPR, and CCPA
- Proven track record of successfully bringing compliance archiving solutions to market, from concept to launch
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze product metrics and customer feedback to make informed product decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
