Job Title: Community Solar Sales Representative

Overview

Royalty Renewables is a leader in renewable energy solutions, dedicated to providing sustainable and affordable energy options to communities. We specialize in community solar programs, offering residents the opportunity to benefit from solar energy without the need for rooftop installations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in designated neighborhoods to educate residents about the benefits of community solar.
• Explain the advantages of our program, emphasizing that it does not require rooftop solar installations.
• Answer questions and provide clear information about how residents can save on their electricity bills through a community solar program.
• Collect and record contact information and expressions of interest from potential participants.
• Follow up with interested residents to assist with enrollment and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and enrollment goals.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing Royalty Renewables.

Qualifications

• Preferably 18 - 23 years of age.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and direct interaction with the public.
• Ability to explain simple information in a clear and concise manner.
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
• Extremely disciplined to fall into the company culture.
