A well-established and locally owned restaurant is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager. This person will be responsible for overall operations of the restaurant, cinduing overseeing th staff, inventory, supplies and equipment, ensuring quality customer service and compliance with all food and beverage regulations.

• Leads and directs all FOH staff
• Recruits and hires qualified staff
• Leads the team with a positive professional attitude
• Coordinates with BOH staff
• Serves as a role model by setting high standards for self and others
• Trains, hires and schedules all staff
• Sales and cash controls are in place an utilized
• Inventories are accurate and at proper levels
• Facilities are well maintained
• Service standards are achieved
• Opening/closing/cleaning check lists are in place and utilized
• Relevant information is shared with bookkeeping in a timely manner
• All other responsibilities as dictated by the business or assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a restaurant setting (2 years)

• POS system proficiency, including Square

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to manage a team effectively

• Experience in interviewing and hiring staff

• Familiarity with inventory control and food preparation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
