NextStep Recruiting is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Santa Fe, CA
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources with 2 years of corporate experience
- Active or desire to obtain a Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), Professional Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM – CP preferred.
- Ensure Payroll for all employees is timely and accurate by collecting data from employees, supervisors, and managers for payroll processing.
- Update employee records within Paycor, enter new and revised payroll details, including contact info, tax deductions, insurance details, loans, garnishments, 401(k) elections, etc
- Manage benefits administration processes, onboarding of new hires, and facilitate new hire orientation
- Assist with compliance reporting (ACA, EEO1, 401k audit, etc.).
- Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations in California
