  • Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage (wine, beer and spirits)
  • Strong business acumen to ensure all expenses are controlled and meeting budget to create strong and innovative revenue generating ideas and maximize profits
  • As our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will oversee all banquet operations including conference and banquet rooms, individual receptions, weddings and celebrations throughout the resort as well as offsite locations.

In addition, your managerial responsibilities include Room Service Operations and Resort Pool Operations.

  • The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager takes a hands-on approach at times working side by side while ensuring the Banquet team is meeting all Four Seasons Standards as well as Room Service and Resort Pool.
  • Strong ability to be visible during events providing recognition and good public relations in guest concerns or special requests.
  • If needed, during the slow banquet season, this individual will help in the rest of F&B resort outlets and / or will be eligible to go for task-force to help other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
  • Monitor and assess product and service and keeping up and ahead of event trends and ideas.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standard
  • Assist in recruitment, interviewing and training team members
  • This position reports to the Director of Outlets.
