Join our ReadyWork Inc. team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, where you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining efficient warehouse processes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages.

- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking items from inventory, packaging securely, and labeling accurately.

- Utilize systems to track inventory and update shipping records.

- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment to move and store materials.

- Collaborate with the team to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.

- Maintain organized stock areas, ensuring proper storage and easy accessibility.

- Assist in order fulfillment processes to meet customer demands efficiently.

- Utilize MRP systems to manage inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in inventory management systems.

- Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.

- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with warehouse operations and order processing.

- Ability to package items securely for safe transportation.

- Understanding of order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery.

- Proficient in utilizing MRP systems for inventory control.

Must be able to work rotating schedules and have availability to work weekends if needed.
