SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Surgical Technician for its client in Santa Monica, CA (link removed) The person will be responsible for providing support to clinical staff across the operating room, anesthesia department, post–anesthesia care unit, and preoperative areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the Perioperative Services management team to ensure efficient operations and high–quality patient care.
• Assist clinical staff by preparing and managing operating room equipment and supplies.
• Provide support across various perioperative departments, including the operating room, anesthesia, post–anesthesia care unit, and preoperative areas.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge and expertise in clinical and technical aspects related to surgical procedures and equipment.
• Uphold hospital policies and safety standards to ensure a safe and effective working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of a relevant course or program in surgical technology or a related field.
• 4 years of experience as a clinical technician in an operating room or perioperative setting.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
