Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing a team to deliver exceptional service to clients. The Plumbing Service Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the plumbing service operations, ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion of projects, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of plumbers and technicians.
• Assign tasks and projects to team members, ensuring workload is distributed evenly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among team members.

• Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the plumbing industry, with a strong background in residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
• Valid plumbing license/certification and knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• A team player with quality craftsmanship and a good attitude.
• Must pass background check.
