**Probate Paralegal**
**Overview:**
The Archbold Law Firm, P.A., a small estate planning law firm in the City of Sarasota, is seeking a full- or part-time probate paralegal to grow our legal team. Primary responsibilities include drafting and e-filing probate documents, and scheduling hearings. Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and able to learn our document-management and time-entry software. Attention to detail and correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling is a must. No probate law experience is required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform clerical tasks such as organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients, attorneys, and other professionals.
- Assist with administrative duties including data entry, preparing legal documents, and updating case files.
- Handle document management systems efficiently to store and retrieve information as needed.
- Conduct document review to ensure accuracy and completeness of legal paperwork.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
