Summary Description:
This role is designed to support the day-to-day needs of the Marketing Department and to help build and support Biolife’s brand portfolio through the following activities: project coordination, asset development, tradeshows, product launches and other marketing initiatives as required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and update marketing collaterals for business development
· Collaborate with internal partners to assist with packaging and labeling updates as required
· Organize content creation for various company websites and work with internal partners to post
· Create compelling content for social media posts; create annual social media calendar; report metrics
· Plan and coordinate all logistics for industry conferences and tradeshows
· Document, prioritize and manage internal marketing requests; maintain marketing project list and calendar
· Assist with market research projects and other projects as required by the Business Development Department
· Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications:
· BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
· 2 years of marketing and graphic design experience
· Medical device industry experience a plus
· Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation and graphic design
· Written communication – Must have strong business writing skills and possess the ability to write accurate, persuasive, and engaging content
· Computer literacy – Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
· Demonstrates excellent organizational and communication skills, with an acute attention to detail
· Works well with others, is a team player, and is highly collaborative with internal and external customers
· Is a self-starter, who can set and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
