This is an exciting opportunity for a Trusts and Estates Associate to join a thriving law firm and be part of a supportive team.

You will be working with a leading firm who are looking for a junior to mid-level associate with 3 years of sophisticated domestic tax, trusts and estates planning experience.

Responsibilities:

• The firms Client Services Practice provides creative and effective personal, financial, charitable and tax planning to individual clients, closely held family companies, foundations and charities
• You will concentrate your practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration and related litigation
• You will regularly help clients achieve their personal planning goals, including to minimize the impact of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes on intra-family wealth transfers
• Additionally, you will routinely draft and advise clients with respect to wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, health care proxies and all other documents necessary to accomplish their estate planning objectives

Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, including an LLM in Taxation.
