Job Summary
The Technical Sales Specialist will play a critical role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our customers. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales skills to understand our products and services and effectively communicate their value to our customers. You will collaborate closely with our sales and engineering teams to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
-Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services, with the ability to learn new products and machines in order to support our customers.
-Orders: Process incoming orders efficiently and provide assistance to customers by helping them understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
-Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Technical Sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
-Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise to customers, answering questions and offering guidance on product selection and usage.
-Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, actively pursuing new business opportunities and potential leads.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in technical sales or a customer-facing role.
-Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand complex products and services.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
-Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Familiarity with ERP software and sales tools is a plus!
