Our family-owned clinic is rapidly expanding and we are looking for a qualified Laboratory Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our amazing staff!

The duties and responsibilities for this position involve providing direct patient care in an ambulatory setting by drawing blood and other lab functions completed in our growing medical laboratory!. Collects and/or processes specimens sent out to reference labs. Maintains lab equipment and completes assigned quality assurance duties. Completes duties in a manner consistent with all applicable state and federal regulations. If there are technical skills you don't feel confident with, we will offer training for the right candidate. Must be willing to work with other members of our healthcare team to provide outstanding care for our patients. EPIC knowledge is a HUGE plus!

Flexibility in your working schedule is a plus as we are looking to hire for both our Sartell and our new location in Foley, MN!
